​ Standard Incident Reports (SIR) and Registry of Vulnerable Occupancies (RVO) users

To get an new user account set up for:

  • Filing of SIR reports, Fire Chiefs must send an email to OFMstatistics@ontario.ca with the names and unique email addresses of all staff who will be filing/reviewing SIR data.
  • Filing of RVO information, Fire Chiefs must send an email to PDA@ontario.ca with the names and unique email addresses of all staff who will be filing/reviewing RVO information

The Office of the Fire Marshal portal is a service for stakeholders to access online tools.

Access is available by invitation only. You may request an account if you do not have one.
